I was looking at one of our last sales at Hampden row. This floor plan! It is one that’s still in “high demand!”. Just a shade under 1700 square foot 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath with den. The layout is clever! The symmetry and a foyer “just large enough” to separate, without taking up extra space allows this tier to “live larger” than its size!
